1. 耐磨性能優(yōu)異，使用壽命長
經(jīng)中南大學(xué)粉末冶金研究所測(cè)定，特種陶瓷的耐磨性相當(dāng)于錳鋼的266倍，高鉻鑄鐵的171.5倍。根據(jù)的現(xiàn)場運(yùn)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)，皮帶機(jī)陶瓷滾筒、輸送帶陶瓷滾筒耐用時(shí)間至少5年以上，減少維修頻次和費(fèi)用。
實(shí)踐證明，陶瓷滾筒使用壽命是傳統(tǒng)包膠滾筒的10倍以上。
2. 摩擦阻力大，不打滑
傳統(tǒng)橡膠防磨層經(jīng)過一段時(shí)間磨損后，表面變得光滑，易造成皮帶打滑跑偏。陶瓷片表面有凸點(diǎn)，粗糙度高，陶瓷與皮帶相互接觸之間摩擦系數(shù)大，所以連續(xù)作業(yè)不易打滑及跑邊。
3. 陶瓷粘接牢固
在施工過程中，用高強(qiáng)度陶瓷金屬粘合劑將襯板粘到金屬筒體后，相互擠緊，使之沒有間隙；同時(shí)陶瓷與滾筒接觸面有獨(dú)特的“燕尾槽”設(shè)計(jì)，陶瓷與滾筒間粘膠厚度確保1mm以上，粘接剪切強(qiáng)度確保12Mpa以上，確保不發(fā)生陶瓷片脫落現(xiàn)象。
4. 安裝簡便
施工工藝成熟、簡便、周期短。在鋼結(jié)構(gòu)做好后，一個(gè)安裝工人1天內(nèi)一般可完成一臺(tái)陶瓷滾筒包膠的安裝，不耽誤客戶生產(chǎn)，方便用戶及時(shí)投入生產(chǎn)。
5. 每列陶瓷間的溝槽，便于排水排泥
